Terrible jacket doesn't wash well feathers clump together and do not puff back up even a week later and the jacket has lost its shape like a bin bag now no use to me . I phoned customer service everyday for a refund and they promised and ignored me still waiting three months later the jacket is passed the refund period. Terrible company only paying the high price for logo.

I've been using this parka for about a month, and I find it lightweight yet very warm and also like the hidden side pocket with zip. It's comfortable and practical.

The jacket is so thin, bought to keep me warm during my son's outdoor football games in winter and it's so thin, not cosy at all. Knew the jacket would be getting returned before I even opened the box as it was so light.

The jacket is not worth the money, the jacket is lightweight .. yes. It feels as if it's not insulated at all. This jacket does not keep u warm . Honestly it's just the money for brand name . My first and last North face buy. Doesn't solve the purpose of a winter coat or even Autumm for that matter. Wish I could rerun it but removed the labels trusting it will be good.
