We love this Roamer double for short family canoe trips where weight and space are not the biggest priority. It's comfortable and warm, and relatively easy to blow up. It's not going to blow-up as fast or deflate as fast as a smaller mat, but that's kind of what you expect. The thickness of the materials used in the pad make it heavier, but also more durable. I think this mat will last for many years and family canoe trips to come.

From a very picky sleeper, this pad is as good as a top-quality mattress. It doesn't feel like it a an air mattress, thanks to the cellular structure. It took a while to self-inflate the first time out of the bag. I eventually pumped in some air. It works great now. Very easy to stow away, and very light.

This mattress is more comfortable than the mattress I use for a bed, and can be inflated or deflated to customize the comfort for different body types. Soft and strong, it's the second one I'm buying, as my son "borrowed" the first one for an indefinite period. If you have cats, do not let them scratch the mattress. Otherwise it is very sturdy.

Perfect for staying warm in Maine. For you goody 2 shoe bone-heads : let it expand for first time for a couple days. Roll on it… step on it. It was highly compressed from factory. It's really comfortable. Worth every $

This mattress is so comfortable. The use of foam in the interior makes it so much more comfortable than traditional air only sleeping pads (also it makes it much warmer). Packing and unpacking is super easy. I like how Nemo has separate valves for each function — this makes each task super easy.
