A welded microfiber upper provides generous comfort on all day rides and hike-a-bikes while protecting against the elements. The asymmetrical mid cut design features D3O® impact protection in the medial collar for extra ankle defense where you need it.
The robust heel and toe cap protection is custom molded for precision fit and durability. Recessed toe and heel traction aid when feet must hit the ground while the MAX GRIP rubber ensures ultimate grip on the pedal, regardless of what the trail throws at you. Work smarter. Ride harder.
Clip Grip
Utilized exclusively on our clip offerings, CLIP GRIP is tuned to ensure that no barriers exist when clipping in and out of the pedal, while still promoting ample traction when hiking.
D3O®
We partner with D30 to incorporate impact absorbing materials in our insoles and medial collar protection throughout much of our line. This soft, lightweight and flexible material is ideal for footwear – reducing feedback from the trail and harsh impacts through our Zone Technology insoles and adding crank protection in our premium gravity and enduro models.
Terrain
Different terrain and riding styles can benefit from specific shoe features. Grip, protection, weight, and breathability are all factors that can affect your on-bike experience.
Level 3 Flex
Level 3 Flex retains a nuanced pedal feel, while providing some support to reduce foot-fatigue on longer descents. There is a more obvious power transfer and platform to push on than the softer Levels 1 & 2.
High Volume
This Last is designed for a higher instep and generally wider foot. There is more room inside the shoe to reduce awkward pressure-points and increase comfort for sustained saddle-time.
