The Superglider is a radical directional snowboard that defies convention to deliver remarkable turn performance. A broad rockered nose paired with a long sidecut and flat profile through the center of the board provides exceptional glide and amazing float, while a camber pocket under the back inserts, matched with a tighter sidecut in the tail, unlocks snappy cutbacks and tight carves. The result is a playful longboard that can haul ass when driven from the front foot, or pivot and slash when controlled from the back foot.
Shape
Directional “surf gun” shape with a long nose and tapered pin tail. Combined with a multi-radial sidecut and flat-to-camber profile, the shape offers epic carving and powder performance.
Camber
Short setback camber pocket under the back inserts for carving power. The center of the board through the front inserts is flat to maximise glide, and the nose has rocker for float.
Core
Lightweight and lively Poplar core with Bamboo stringers for vibration dampening and to enhance edge hold.
Construction
Triax fiberglass with carbon torsion rods running under the core from the inserts to the wide points of the nose and tail for enhanced torsional stiffness and lightning-fast energy transfer.
Base
Hyper-fast Electra Graphite 5920 sintered base that’s infused with graphite to reduce friction and improve glide. High molecular weight for core-shot resistance and excellent wax absorption.
Topsheet / Sidewalls / Edges
Bamboo topsheet with a gloss finish. Impact-resistant PU plastic sidewalls with diamond-polished, lightly detuned steel edges. Edge angles: -1° Bottom, 88° Side
Flex Profile
Medium flex that’s stiffest at the center of the sidecut for unmatched edge hold and carving power. Outside the inserts, the flex gradually softens for easy turn initiation and a looser tip feel.
Sidecut + Power Bumps
Ultra progressive sidecut that’s long in the nose and center for railing big turns, and significantly tighter in the tail for slashing cutback turns. Power Bumps improve edge grip on icy groomers.
