After a long wait it’s here! The upgraded and totally revised version of our classic longboard shape – the Pipeliner 2.0. A board that delivers unmatched corduroy carving performance. A piste-pistol for riders who like deep, high-speed turns. With 1524 mm of effective edge you can ride the steeps with total confidence. Beware skidders should not get on this longboard – it’s a trench diggers only machine.
BOTTOM SHAPE
The Pipeliner has setback camber with a pronounced early rise combined with camber running into the wide point of the tail. Maximum camber height 12 mm.
SHAPE
Three radii blended sidecut for ease of entry and finishing of turns. Pipeliner 2.0 turns sharper while retaining speed in a way you won’t expect from a 185 longboard.
CORE
At Stranda Snowboards we use ash wood and a minor part poplar in our cores. Ash is perfect for building high-performance snowboards as it dampens vibrations and holds its camber, extending the life of your board. Adding poplar keeps the weight down. Choosing a premium material also allowed us to reduce the use of petroleum-based composites. We use a thin layer of bamboo as the topsheet, which adds to performance.
