    Comments about Stormbreak 1 Tent

I used it hiking the Long Range Traverse in Gros Morne for 4 nights and it held up well to the Newfoundland wind and rain. Nice and stable while being relatively light. I'm 6'2" and broad shouldered and while there wasn't a ton of room it was better than a bivy.

    Comments about Stormbreak 1 Tent

I have had this tent for the past 10 years and it's still going strong! It's a great backcountry tent and easy to set up. It's held up great against all 4 seasons in the Canadian Rockies. It's still waterproof and holds up nice against the glacier winds. I use it multiple times a year and haven't had to repair or re-waterproof. I'm 5,4 and can sit up in it without a problem. Anyone taller might be a little squashed

This tent is so good I just bought my second one. Perfect for rocky mountainsides and beaches. Fits almost anywhere. Only issue - it a bit heavy for the size.

    Comments about Stormbreak 1 Tent

Just used this tent on the Long Range Traverse in Newfounland and at campsites on the road trip to get there and back. It's not the lightest but it held up to high winds and rain while being a breeze to setup. Highly recommended.

    Comments about Stormbreak 1 Tent

It's overall a good 1 person tent. There's plenty of space if you're under 5'5, over than that and you'd be cramped. It's quite heavy at about 3 lbs, but it packs down to fit at least a 40L bag with room for your other gear. The waterproofing lasted through light rain, never got to try it out in extreme conditions though. Tent stakes are okay, they could be better, but you can replace them with either the MSR or TNF's stakes for a stronger pitch. Footprint came separately, and did it's job, nothing more to it. inside pockets are convenient, as well as the colour coded sides.
