Comments about Sunriser Run Vest 8

I have worn this vest on many runs and for durations up to 1.5 hours and it was a great purchase. No chafing, lots of room for keys, fuel and phone, and it doesn't cause me to overheat.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Long distance trail running The fit is more secure than previous vests but not uncomfortable. The pockets for water flasks in the front are difficult to reload. If you fill your flasks and put them in first it works fine. To refill it's best to leave them in the pocket and remove the cap. Rear storage is nice. The split pocket for bladder and gear is a nice feature. The bungee adds ability to store a bulky layer. I am 5'6" 160lbs female and wear a M. 32c The fit over my chest isn't great, most vests are not designed for breasts.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

fundamentally a good vest - pockets are secure with no "bouncing" of the flasks when full. another reviewer said the product says no machine washing, which is true, but i've thrown it into the washing machine every time and it's come out just fine. Enough storage for basic mandatory kit, beyond that it gets a bit tight as the back pocket isn't stretchy but that's fine as this is only a training vest for me. only critiques are that the logo on the front peels after a while (could be due to machine washing, but still not expected at this price) and the back material could be more breathable, or at least have some vent holes.

I love this little vest. It carries plenty of hydration for the hot summer runs and hikes. The vest is light weight and breathable so it's not making me even hotter.

I am the writer of the previous comment as well, this vest is really great, however I dunno what I was thinking, It can support a 50k or less. a 100k race or more requires at least 10 liter capacity.

the worst experience I've ever had. This vest frayed and snapped within maybe 4 hours of use. Not quality vest. I have a race coming up I bought this for. Trying to get a timely return or just a simple exchange is out of the question. You get a robot who lets you know it will be WEEKS before they even can process your return. Offered a joke of 10

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Comments about Sunriser Run Vest 8L

I'm very disappointed with this product. First of all it's handwashing only…. The bag is for running, I purchased it for long 4 hr+ runs. After several runs it did stink pretty bad and I couldn't get rid of smell, so I washed it on 30… smell is still sort of there and now it looks pretty bad as well. Another down is that backpack bit gets wet from sweating inside, meaning everything inside gets sweaty. Plus if I put a running bars or phone in there, it falls straight to the bottom of the bag and then it is causing chafing. On a positive side if I don't put anything into backpack bit, it is really comfortable to wear. But I still don't think it is fit for purpose.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
