Montreal winter, hasn't even been that cold yet and I feel cold in the coat. The omni-heat portions of the coat feel no warmer than the parts without and I can feel the wind blow through. I find the two way zipper difficult to zip up. It needs to be aligned just so. I have to fiddle with it way too much. The fur trim is huge and obstructs vision. I may bother attaching it if heading out in blowing snow otherwise just too big and obtrusive. It's an ok coat if you aren't in a cold environment. I'll look for something warmer, that has some fleece cozy lining instead of the shiny omni-heat that doesn't do much to keep me warm.
