I bought this about a month ago, set it up in the yard and was very pleased with it until the wind blew. It was not an overly windy day, no high wind warnings but I looked out in the evening and the screenhouse was lying on the ground. Two of the poles had bent where they are reduced to fit into the center hub. It seems like it could be a design flaw. I called Eureka to see if I could get 2 new poles but was informed that since this was a new product replacement poles were not available. This is the good part about Eureka, they sent me a brand new unit within a week. Their customer service is excellent and woulden't hesitate to do business with them again.

This is a beautifully designed product. We bought it a couple weeks ago and brought it with us on a camping trip in the Finger Lakes region. On our first night, it absolutely poured. We purchased the side walls en route on a whim, and were so happy that we had done so! They worked beautifully to keep us dry, and very easy to install and remove as needed. Note that if you stake out the screen walls, you get more room inside the shelter, but you also raise the walls a few inches from the ground, so bugs can get in (at least if you are not using the floor, which we weren't). Still, we're really happy with this shelter, and will continue putting it to good use!

This is a great tent because it is very sturdy. Even under rough conditions such as heavy winds and rain, the tent holds up nicely. The only complaint I have is that it does not come with any spare parts. There are some pieces that can be easily lost, and it is a shame that we can't easily replace them. There is a metal pin that gets inserts into the bottom that was lost.

    Held up to Adirondack storms

We just got back from our annual week in the Adirondacks, and this screen tent did exactly what we needed. It stormed for a good portion of the week, and although things close to the sides got wet (we didn't splurge for the walls yet) we were able to eat comfortably and stay dry at the center of the tent. I'm looking forward to using it as just a canopy as well during shorter trips.

This screenhouse is bigger than I expected! We decided to purchase this one for its size and because Eureka! makes great quality tents. This is very easy to set up, took us about 5 minutes without looking at the instructions. I like how the rainfly also offers additional protection from the sun, and the fact that there are three different configurations/uses. There is so much space inside (12x9ft) and it's over 7ft tall at its tallest point inside. It seems like it would easily fit around a standard picnic table. The table in the photo is 4x2ft and the one we use when we go camping. I like how there are two different types of doors/entrances on the long sides of the screenhouse. One front door has zippers on each side and you can roll it up to the top and tie it with 3 x toggles so you have a large entrance. The other side, the rear door, has a zipper in the middle. Once unzipped, you can tie each side to the corners of the screenhouse to create an A entrance. It doesn't matter which you use as your actual front or back for your main entrance, use what suits your needs. The screenhouse attaches to the tent poles with 3 x clips on each side with the clip on the apex of the screenhouse attaching at the top. The rainfly attaches to the tent poles with two velcro pieces that you secure around the tent poles: one on the side and one above the joint. Same great material from Eureka! as you can expect, and it does its job keeping bugs out. We purchased this for our family camping trips, and it arrived yesterday so this review is based on my initial impressions of the product. I can't wait to take it out with us!
