    Description

Our ultralight snowshoes are built on a solid foundation of our advanced 360° Traction™ frames and deliver a level of security that tubular frames simply can’t—especially on traverses. Dual-component PosiLock™ AT bindings offer our most secure attachment, while rugged decking ensures long-lasting durability.

In technical terrain, the snowshoes’ steel cross members and easily engaged Ergo™ Televators back you up with every step. And like all of our snowshoes, Lightning Ascents offer the all-condition adaptability of our Modular Flotation tails.

    Features
    • Unrivaled Traction: 360° Traction frames deliver edge-to-edge grip, and new durable steel DTX crampons provide serious bite in challenging conditions—delivering unmatched traction in technical terrain.
    • Secure Attachment: Two-piece, independently conforming PosiLock™ AT bindings create our most secure, freeze-resistant attachment, regardless of footwear.
    • All-Condition Adaptability: Add-on Modular Flotation tails allow you the maneuverability of a smaller, primary snowshoe with the added, on-demand flotation of optional, 5-inch (13-cm) tails.
    • Uphill Efficiency: Ergo™ Televators reduce fatigue and increase traction on the steeps with an ergonomic design that engages with a flick of a pole grip.

Excellent snowshoes for the backcountry. Aggressive and durable build. Highly recommend for those spending time in the mountains and/or rugged trails.

Have used mine hard for two years under many conditions and terrain. Easiest on and off shoe, secure, reliable bindings and unbeatable traction. No breakage or wear to date. Worth the money in use and dependability

The snowshoes are great, easy to put on and take off, are lighter than my other pairs and have great traction. For the price, they should come bundled with a set of poles. It took 4 months from my order date for them to be shipped and delivered to me and I was not offered any type of coupon or other incentive to continue doing business with the provider, which was disappointing.

    Snowshoes are Unreliable

These snowshoes were a gift for my husband, who snowshoes in the Wisconsin Northwoods. Despite the fact they are described as mountaineering snowshoes, the heelstrap regularly slips off the user's boot on flat terrain. If you were in deep snow on on steep terrain, you'd be in trouble. Definitely a disapointment, and certainly not worth the money.
