Fit Memo- For cargo vans a fit check is required. Depending on hitch manufacturer, handlebar width, vehicle wheelbase, and accessories an 8" Hitch Extension may be required for handlebars to clear the door

Hitch extension will be required for the following vehicles: Santa Fe, Sorento, Rav 4, Compass, Alfa Romeo's, 2nd Gen Forester (and typically other gens). Their exhaust outlet will burn racks when in the folded position without hitch extension or exhaust diverter.
