As any real backcountry skier would tell you, sometimes to travel safely in the backcountry you need to make some compromises. They would also tell you that that should never include your gear, and your boots are no exception. For too long, backcountry skiers have had to choose between boots that are lightweight and boots perform well. We’ve had about enough of that. Coming in at just 1,320g with a 55-degree range of motion and a 4-buckle, overlapping shell design, the 130-flex Zero G Tour Pro is a true lightweight touring boot that is as efficient as it is powerful.
A grilamid shell and co-injected carbon fiber cuff provide for second-to-none downhill performance in a touring boot, all while keeping the weight down so you can go as far and send as hard as you want. Minimal resistance for the up and confident turns on the down, Zero G Tour Pro is the chosen boot by some of the world’s most accomplished ski mountaineers. All of sudden, the mountains on the horizon don’t seem so far away.
C.A.S. SHELL
The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
SHELL FEATURES
Anatomic and precise shape, Easier and faster thermo-forming, Easy customization
SHELL CUSTOMIZATION
PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME): Polyether material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas. GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME): The shell can be ground in problem fit areas.
DOUBLE BLOCKING MOBILITY CUFF SYSTEM
A new Mobility Cuff System offers a Double blocking system that increases performance, stability and safety. Offers 55º touring range of motion for a natural and effortless movement. Self-adjusting system reduces every kind of play.
QUICK INSTEP
Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
VIBRAM
Thanks to our partnership with Vibram, Tecnica ski boots feature Vibram soles characterized by a dual-density rubber compound. Yellow harder rubber in those areas close to the binding, in order to provide a higher power transmission while skiing. The black areas identify a softer compound that allows an increased grip of the sole for more security when the boot is in walk mode.
RECCO®
The RECCO reflector in this product enables rescue profes-sionals to locate you with RECCO detectors in the event of an avalanche accident or when lost in the outdoors. RECCO reflectors require no power and no activation to function. Multiple reflectors are recommended for optimal performance.
C.A.S. LIGHT LINER
Our Zero G Peak liners are anatomically pre-shaped to deliver the best fit out of the box. The dual-density, C.A.S. microcellular material around the heel area is positioned to deliver great heel retention. If required, C.A.S. material can be grinded and thermo-molded for further personalization. The new flex structure on the back of the liner guarantees even easier hiking. In addition, it features Recco reflector technology for additional safety. Finally, the waterproof, breathable membrane keeps feet warm and dry all day long.
The width of foot's sole changes from person to person, that's why our ski boots have different volumes to meet the needs of every skier.
Tecnica ski boots are divided into: LV (LOW VOLUME):low – from 93 to 98mm, MV (MID VOLUME): mid – from 99 to 100mm & HV (HIGH VOLUME):high – 103mm
LV: for skiers with narrow foot's sole or for those who prefer a more enveloping and precise fit MV: for skiers with medium foot's sole or for those who prefer a regular fit
HV: for skiers with a wide foot's sole or for those who prefer a comfortable fit
FLEX: Given the needs and level of every skiers, we project models with different flex, thanks to the combination of different plastics.
Tecnica ski boots are divided into: HARD (expert and more robust skiers): flex man 140-120/woman 115-95, MEDIUM (intermediate and/or medium-sized): flex man 110-90/woman 85-75 & SOFT (beginners or lighter skiers): flex man 80-60/woman 65-55

Extremly well engineered touring boot, which - offers low weight and mobility for uphills - is a (little) hard to get in and out of - can almost match downhill performance of some alpine boots - fits even my foot (narrow heel and wider forefoot with just heat fitting) Overall its a 50/50 boot, if you want to go for big drops and fast freeride lines this could be a bit to "spongy" otherwise this will serve any downhill purpose. Cannot judge durability yet as I purchased mine only 1y ago. Fits great with my setup (Petzl Irvis Crampons, ATK R12 on Camox Freebirds). Overall very happy that I got it despite beeing skeptical bc of the "narrow" last.

I am 6 ft tall (190 lbs) and wear a tight 27.5. I use these all across eastern Canada backcountry skiing. Very light considering that it is fully adjustable, comfortable for the climb and a very solid boot for skiing. Definitely my go to. Love these boots!

I have them for two years and I am really satisfied. They are comfortable and light. A little more liner support would be welcome when going down. It's a good compromise between lightness and downhill capabilities
