I am a sucker for an elastic gaiter. The standard bottom of ski and snow pants, while functional, tends to be too long for me at 5'4", though not always. But the drawcord at the waist and the elastic gaiter sold me. As a lady, I ordered a size S, and they are everything and more. These, paired with the Smartwool Classic Thermal Merino Baselayer Bottom, are my go-to for those colder days! Ah, I'm in love with this fit. The color cavern gray pairs so well with any color jacket and will be a great piece to wear all season long! Great bang for the buck as a resort/touring pant.
