I like the fit and material of this belt, but it needs a water flask to accompany it. I wouldn't recommend this for that reason. It does fit snug as well, but I still ordered my normal size (a small, and I have a 29-30" waist).

This comes as a non adjustable model. Although the product is good in most terms I am 1.79 cm tall and 73kgs, even large is too tight. Had to return.
